About H.O.M.E Hub
About the H.O.M.E Hub
The H.O.M.E Hub is a heart lead community wellbeing initiative rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that communities thrive when people support one another. The project grew from lived experience and a desire to create a space where individuals could come together, share experiences, and support each other through life’s challenges.
As conversations grew and more people became involved, it became clear that the community needed a dedicated wellbeing space that could bring together support services, activities, and opportunities for personal growth.
Our Virtues
The H.O.M.E Hub is built upon four guiding virtues that shape how we support the community.
• Helping – Supporting one another with empathy, kindness, and compassion.
• Overcoming – Facing life’s challenges together and transforming adversity into growth.
• Motivating – Encouraging people to recognise their potential and take positive action.
• Exploring – Creating space for reflection, learning, creativity, and personal development. benefit everyone.
Community Impact & Need
Many communities face increasing challenges including social isolation, mental health pressures, and limited access to preventative wellbeing resources.
The H.O.M.E Hub aims to provide a welcoming community environment where people can connect, access support, and participate in activities that promote wellbeing and personal development.
The People Behind the H.O.M.E Hub
The H.O.M.E Hub exists because two different strengths came together around a shared intention to improve community wellbeing.
Both founders recognised that many of the challenges and situations people face today cannot be solved in isolation, and that communities need spaces where connection, reflection, and support can grow.
The vision has developed through a co-creation where each brings different but equally important contributions.
James Taylor
The Soul of the Project – Co-Founder / CEO
James Taylor is co-founder and CEO of the H.O.M.E Hub and the original driving force behind the conversations that first brought the idea into existence.
James founded Together In Mental Health Empowerment (T.I.M.E) after recognising the need for safe spaces where men could speak openly about their mental health concerns. What began as a small support group quickly revealed a much larger need within the community. Those early conversations highlighted a deeper need within the community — a welcoming space where people could come together, support one another, and begin rebuilding a sense of connection that many felt had been lost.
James’ passion for helping others and his natural ability to connect with people played a key role in bringing the community around the idea of the H.O.M.E Hub.
At the heart of his work is a simple belief: that when people feel heard, supported, and connected, positive change becomes possible — not just for individuals, but for the wider community as well.
Mark Cox
The Heart of the Project – Co Founder / Director of Spiritual Affairs
Mark Cox is co-founder and director of spiritual affairs of the H.O.M.E Hub and has played a central role in shaping the philosophy and direction of the project alongside James Taylor.
While the original idea grew from community conversations, much of the philosophy the H.O.M.E Hub — particularly around preventative self-care, reflection, and community wellbeing — has developed through Mark’s perspective and personal journey.
Drawing on more than 18 years of commercial experience, Mark is helping lay the operational and structural foundations of the H.O.M.E Hub, creating the stability needed for the project to grow sustainably while keeping its message firmly at its centre.
Mark’s personal purpose is simple:
My intention is to bring positive change into the world by helping people change their perception of preventative self-care. His work explores how communities can strengthen wellbeing by encouraging people to pause, reflect, and reconnect — both with themselves and with those around them.

A Shared Partnership
The H.O.M.E Hub would not exist without the combined efforts of both founders.
James helped ignite the original spark within the community, while Mark helped expand the vision and build the framework needed to turn that spark into a sustainable initiative.
Together they continue to develop the H.O.M.E Hub with one shared aim:
Bringing unity back to the community.
Support the Hub
Motivation at The H.O.M.E Hub is about empowering people to see their potential, celebrate growth, and strengthen connection with others. By motivating one another, we create a cycle of support and upliftment, reinforcing unity and shared growth.
