H.O.M.E Hub Sessions

Tea & Coffee Morning

We warmly welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life to our daily
wellbeing support group tea & coffee mornings. These sessions are completely free and offer
a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to relax, connect, and share with others
in the community.  
Every Tuesday 7pm - 9pm

T.I.M.E Men's Group

Offering a safe place for all men to feel free to discuss any
concerns or difficulties that they may be facing, or going
through. 
This group is designed to tackle the day to day difficulties that
we may all be facing. To provide you with the skills and coping
mechanisms that we all need to overcome our traumas, and to
free ourselves from the suffering that we may be experiencing.
HOME Womens Group 1
Every Thursday 7pm - 9pm From Thursday 9th October 2025

Fishing with Al at the HOME Hub
Every Friday 4pm - 8pm

Fishing with Al

Join us at Woodside Car Park every Friday from 4:00pm – 8:00pm for an evening of fishing, friendship, and fresh air with Al and the HOME HUB.
This is a welcoming space for everyone — whether you’re an experienced angler or brand new to fishing. It’s a chance to spend time with good company, share stories, and enjoy the outdoors together.

Punching 4 Purpose

Punching for Purpose is a fun and empowering SEND-friendly program designed to boost confidence, fitness, and connection.
This inclusive session invites participants to get active, meet new people, and enjoy a positive, supportive atmosphere with a great bunch of guys. It’s all about having fun, feeling good, and finding purpose through movement and community.

Meditation With Monika

Take a moment for you 
Join us for a gentle yet powerful one-hour Relaxation and Meditation session, suitable for everyone – whether you're most comfortable on a mat or in a chair. This is your space to breathe, let go, and reconnect.
 
 What to expect:
Breathwork techniques – from diaphragmatic breathing to alternate nostril breathing, with optional mantra and chant practices

These fun, creative sessions are suitable for all ages and are a great way to relax, meet new people, and explore your artistic side. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced crafter, everyone is welcome to join in!
